So I have a blog… now what?

Erm, yeah. I’ve been working on my “website” off and on since I started working at Neopets in 2002. At the time, I’d closed down my existing blog because I didn’t have much time to update it with the new job and all. (It was actually doing pretty well! 400 or so uniques a month isn’t bad for not having anything interesting to write about.) Several months later, I’d already started to build a new site/blog so I’d have something to play with at home. It’s been like 15 years since then. Did I mention I’m a procrastinator?

But it appears as though people want me to, like, write stuff… which, by the way, is baffling to me despite my mom and my pals telling me it should have been obvious. So since it’s apparent that I’ll never really finish my website, at least not to the level my perfectionist brain requires to be satisfied, I might as well bite the bullet and toss up whatever blog I have so I can get started, right?  That’s the spirit.

So let’s start simply. WordPress is installed and some old posts are backdated… now let’s see about a design. And then there’s actually updating the damn thing, which one would think is not a task to be assigned to a procrastinator but we’ll cross that bridge when we get to it.

This post is the best thing I’ve ever read!

I’m totally sincere and not just testing comments or something, nope.

    Okay, I am. But still….
