Hi Snarkie! I was just wondering if you know why we can’t access the petpages of the Lutaris. We only get the messege “Error: Argh, there is no template file!” and there’s no default code on the Edit Pet Page. Did an error occurred during the creation (maybe because they were from the mobile game)?

Was it always like that or did it start happening recently? Different answers if so!
There’s a base template pet page that has to get created every time a new species is introduced. Doesn’t matter if the species was for mobile or not! If the species can exist on the site, it needs a pet page template. That way there’s something to look at when you visit a Neopets page, even if the owner hasn’t created anything.
So…
If this has always been an issue since Lutari were introduced way back when (which I might have known at one point and just forgotten ?) then that just means we forgot to create it at the time… and then never fixed it for some reason which is weird but plausible.
If it just started happening recently, it just means the template file has gone missing for some reason. (Could be anything. A bad server didn’t get replicated. An accidental deletion that got synced. Loads of different things that aren’t intentional. There are a LOT of files on Neopets to keep track of!)
Either way, you’d have to tell Neopets that they need to create/restore the file so the error goes away and you can create a pet page.
